Product Description

A single component, water based sealer formulated as an intermediate coat between the CounterSeal 1 and CounterSeal 3 or UV Seal 3.  Apply one thin coat over the CounterSeal 1 using a cup gun sprayer and/or 1/4″ nap paint roller.  Allow to dry 2 hours minimum before applying CounterSeal 3 or UV Seal 3.  Never apply CounterSeal 3 or UV Seal 3 directly over CounterSeal 1.
